He received B.S. degree in Physics from Middle East Technical University in 2005. Then he received the M.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Atılım University in 2009. After that he received the Ph.D degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Atatürk University in 2013. His currently research area is wave diffraction, reflection, propagation, shielding and wireless sensor networks. He is currently working at Bursa Technical University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering department.
He received B.S., M.S and Ph.D. degrees in Construction department from Gazi University in 2002, 2005 and 2010, respectively. His currently research area is cementless materials, radiation techniques to determine of concretes in morphological approach, geopolimerisation process, some electromagnetic properties (enhancing of absorption, transmittance and reflectance capacity) of construction materials. He is currently working at Karabük University in Civil Engineering department.
He received the BSc degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Kocaeli University, Kocaeli, Turkey, in 2009, and the MSc degree in communications engineering and the PhD degree in electronics engineering from the University of York, York, UK, in 2011 and 2015, respectively. He is currently with the Department of Computer Technologies, Bandirma Onyedi Eylul University, Turkey. He is an author of several refereed journal and conference papers and has experience as a Reviewer for several conferences and journals. His research interest lies in wireless sensor networks, medium access control protocol design, energy harvesting technology, internet of things (IoT) and reinforcement learning.

He earned his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Atatürk University in 2022, with a dissertation focused on designing a system architecture for applying blockchain technology in digital marketing. He is currently a faculty member in the Management Information Systems Department at Bayburt University, where he also serves in the Digital Transformation Office. His research interests include blockchain technology, artificial intelligence algorithms, data science and analytics, and multi-criteria decision-making, focusing on innovative and creative solutions to complex problems.
